  • oatmeal with milk

Lunch:

  • 4 slices of spinach pizza

Snack:

  • cashew nuts
  • peanuts

Dinner:

  • salad with cucumber, kidney beans, carrot, tomato, olives and herder’s cheese

Breakfast:

  • two slices of bruschetta with whole grain bread
  • one and a half slices of homemade cheesecake cheesecake is my favourite cake, hence we only make it rarely ;)

Lunch:

  • one serving of fried potatos

Snack:

  • cashew nuts
  • one chocolate ice cream cone

Dinner:

  • salad with cucumber, kidney beans, tomato, olives and herder’s cheese
  • green smoothie
