- oatmeal with milk
Lunch:
- 4 slices of spinach pizza
Snack:
- cashew nuts
- peanuts
Dinner:
- salad with cucumber, kidney beans, carrot, tomato, olives and herder’s cheese

Breakfast:
- two slices of bruschetta with whole grain bread
- one and a half slices of homemade cheesecake
cheesecake is my favourite cake, hence we only make it rarely ;)
Lunch:
- one serving of fried potatos
Snack:
- cashew nuts
- one chocolate ice cream cone
Dinner:
- salad with cucumber, kidney beans, tomato, olives and herder’s cheese
- green smoothie
